I am learning to make projects out of recyclable objects.I am so proud that my passion project works. Next I am going to improve on my passion project to make it better by making a flower out of plastic

My reflection

I an learning to use adjectives to make my story better. It was tricky to find describing words to put in my sentences. I am proud of my work because I have used a lot of describing and adjectives in my story.

My recipe book

My reflection

I was learning to create my own recipe book.I learned how to write  my own recipe book.I have learned how to make matariki soup, smoothies and fruit kebabs with lemon juice. My favourite part was when I got to taste the soup. I was the head chef and I got to try the soup to see if it was perfect.

WALT:To work with each other and build a tower using marshmallows and sticks.

Hi my name is Khali and I am in Year 3. I am in Miss Tordeich's class. I hope you enjoy my blog :)

WALT look after our environment.

Room 4 has been thinking about how we can help the environment and animal habitats, especially aquatic animals. We have learned that even if it is far away from the ocean, rubbish can still find its way there. We went out one afternoon and collected as much rubbish as we could find from around our school. We know that if everyone does a little bit to help the environment, we can make a big difference.

WALT create repeating and sequential patterns.

Room 4 have been learning about patterns during maths time. We have found out that there are two different types of patterns, repeating, where the patterns continues the same way, and sequential, where it gets bigger. After learning about these patterns and looking at some examples, we were able to explore patterns through different materials and made our own! It was a lot of fun!
